which is application development which consists of a wide range
of software and web applications that enable businesses and
individuals to solve their business requirements online. There
are many tools to choose from for development from PHP, .NET to
Flash and a plethura of new tools out there to choose from. Database applications More and more Websites are being built with the use of
databases. Joomla, Drupal and Modx are just a couple of the many
varieties out there to choose from for web development. The
benefit to the client is that it gives them the ability to
update their own site without the need of the designer. Most
times, I find that the client will still not update their own
Database driven site which affords the designer a nice residual
income. Database applications can also include other systems from forms
to complex applications such as reservation systems or extremely
complex systems that communicate via the web from one system to
another. These types of jobs can command the designer/developer
a nice income. The web design career is considered to be one of the brightest
options for people who want to make a mark in the cyber world.
With technology booming each year, and people swarming to have
the internet accessible in their hands, the opportunity for a
Web Design career is endless. With many types of areas to choose
from and many types of clients looking for different types of
projects to be completed, the jobs are abundant. So get yourseld
out there, take a few classes and get a tool other than
